Filament worked with Lakeside Animal Hospital from December 2013-March 2014. Our goal was to evaluate the existing brand, create a communication style guide, and make this local business more searchable online. We updated website content, established a social media presence and developed an editorial calendar for social media. Here is the feedback we received:
